Cancellation Policy

As lawful consideration of, and as part of the payment for, the right to participate in the tour, and as part of the payment for the activities arranged for me by Bear Feet Street Tours, I, an adult traveler, or as parent or legal guardian of any child/minor under 18 years for whom I am signing this agreement (“Minor”), for myself, the child, my and the child’s heirs, legal and personal representatives, next of kin, including my spouse, successors and assigns (individually and collectively, “Releasors”), HEREBY EXPRESSLY AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS FOREVER BEAR FEET STREET TOURS, its owners, employees, shareholders, affiliated entities, employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, associates, successors and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”) from and against any liability, actions, causes of actions, debts, suits, claims and demands of any and every kind and nature whatsoever which I now have or which may hereafter arise out of or in connection with my tour or participation in the activities arranged for me by BEAR FEET STREET TOURS. I have voluntarily chosen to engage with activities provided by BEAR FEET STREET TOURS. I understand the hazards involved, and I elect to participate in spite of the potential risks and hazards, which I understand may include, but are not limited to, the following: negligence in any manner on the part of BEAR FEET STREET TOURS including, without limitation, negligence in the conduct or arrangement of the tour in any respect from inception to completion, negligence of or adequacy of medical attention if provided, acts of God or force majeure, acts of civil unrest, health crisis (including a pandemic), physical exertion for which I am not prepared; falling, collision, upset, striking obstructions or other persons, dehydration; forces of nature; weather conditions including temperature exposure (hypothermia, sunstroke, sunburn, heat exhaustion); criminal activity; bites from or dangers associated with wild or domesticated animals, pests or insects; break-ins into vehicles, parking tickets, and personal theft. I certify that I have no medical or physical conditions, which could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume all costs that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition. I hereby agree to be responsible for my own welfare and accept any and all risks of unanticipated events, inconvenience, illness, injury, emotional trauma or death.
